Competitive esports players, tournament hosts, and professional coaches struggled to seamlessly coordinate session bookings, conduct live voice and video mentoring, and track weekly payout analytics across fragmented tools.

Engineered a unified mobile platform featuring weekly earnings analytics, scheduled match lobbies with countdown timers, historical match archives, and integrated in-app voice/video coaching.
